Asset Yard is a creation workspace, not permanent backup or a public game CDN.
What each plan keeps

One GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. File retention starts when generation completes. Downloads and favorites do not reset that date.
Download early. Back up locally.
Your downloaded files do not expire when a plan ends. Keep the files, their generation records, and their license notices in your project backup.
The service will show expiration dates. It will send notices seven days and one day before scheduled expiration.
After expiration, we will remove generated files and their derived previews from active storage. Provider backups can take longer to expire.
What counts
Private generated files, uploaded references, and retained derived files count toward storage. Your private downloads count toward the monthly download allowance.
The shared voice catalog does not count as a separate stored copy for each account. A favorite is a bookmark, not a backup.
Collections organize files. They do not extend retention or publish the files.
When you reach a limit
The service will pause new storage or downloads at the relevant limit. It will not silently bill an overage.
Delete unneeded files, wait for the download allowance to renew, or choose a higher plan.
A downgrade will provide a 30-day export period for files above the new storage allowance. Cancellation will also provide a 30-day export period.
A normal file expiration can still occur earlier. The account page will show the exact deadline before you confirm a plan change.
Public delivery is a separate service
Private download links are not game hosting URLs. Do not embed them in a released game or website.
Download your assets and distribute them with your game. Future public hosting will require explicit activation and separate storage and bandwidth limits.
Records and deletion
We may retain account, billing, security, and generation records after deleting a file. The privacy notice explains these records.
We will not promise exact regeneration after deletion. Model versions, hardware, and seeds can produce different bytes.
